That’s why we have comments on our blog, for residents and others to provide their own perspective about the communities. We thank you for contributing your comments and sympathize with your predicament. We did indeed drive around the community and did not notice an unusual number of for sale signs compared to other places we visited. Sadly, we saw that many community residents at various parks were feeling the pain caused by this housing collapse with depressed prices and remaining residents forced to pay more to maintain facilities and services.
